University of Louisville Laryngologist Opportunity

The Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Louisville is actively seeking a fellowship trained laryngologist at the Assistant Professor level in our Laryngology division at the Louisville Center for Voice Care. The Assistant Professor will participate as a teaching faculty member within the Otolaryngology-HNS residency program and practice clinically at the Louisville Center for Voice Care with state of the art, equipment and three voice trained speech pathologists collaborating in multidisciplinary care of the voice and upper aerodigestive disorders. The practice has eleven subspecialty trained otolaryngologists providing care in a metropolitan, University academic setting. The ideal candidate should have clinical and operative experience in care of the professional voice, dysphagia, dysphonia, and airway stenosis. An interest in clinical or basic science research is encouraged. The candidate should be Board-certified or Board-eligible.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates must have a MD and be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Completion of an accredited residency program and fellowship required.
  • Rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications and experience.
  • A strong commitment to patient care is required.
